Chair Report

Vice Chair Milowe called the Planning Board meeting to order at 7:30 PM. The Chair’s Report was read.

Minutes

Mr. Maidman moved to approve the minutes of 10/17/12 as written. Mr. Pannone seconded the motion. The Board voted 2-0-1 (Milowe) in favor.

Mr. Maidman moved to approve the minutes of 11/28/12 as written. Mr. Pannone seconded the motion. The Board voted 3-0-0 in favor.

Planning Board Capital Outlay Committee Appointment

Mr. Maidman moved to approve the appointment of Alan Robbins as representative of the Planning Board to the Capital Outlay Committee.  Mr. Pannone seconded the motion. The Board voted 3-0-0 in favor of the appointment.

Ms. Levitts will issue the decision to the Town Clerk’s office.

Calendar

The following Planning Board meeting dates were scheduled: 1/9, 1/23 (David unavailable), 2/6 (Rob unavailable), 2/27, 3/13, 3/27.

Bond Reduction Recommendation for Townsman IV Subdivision

Mr. O’Cain requested that the surety for Cattail Lane be reduced, due to the acceptance of the roadway at Town Meeting and completion of all required items. The Town will retain a $1,500 surety until June 1, 2013, in order to verify the viability of the landscaping.

Ms. Levitts will issue a letter to the Town Treasurer, requesting that the surety for Cattail Lane be reduced to $1,500.

Mr. Maidman moved to accept the request to reduce the bond re: the 12/12/12 memorandum, from Town Engineer, Peter O’Cain to reduce the bond to $1,500. Mr. Pannone seconded the motion and the Board voted 3-0-0 in favor of the bond reduction.

ANR 245 Norwood Street

Mr. O’Cain reviewed the ANR request for 245 Norwood Street, owner Barbara Barton, 245 Norwood Street, Sharon, MA 02067. The assessor’s reference is Map 125 and Plot 48.  He said all items were reviewed and addressed as per 3.1.2.13. An edit is needed as the buffered wetland lines are not shown on the plan.

Mr. Maidman moved to allow Peter O’Cain to act as agent for the Board to sign off on the plans for 245 Norwood Street after 1) the plot location is adjusted, 2) listing Bullard Street as a Town way on the plan and 3) note on map the wetland buffers are not indicated for the lot.  Mr. Pannone seconded the motion and the Board voted 3-0-0 in favor.

Mr. Maidman moved to accept the waiver for 245 Norwood Street relative to the rules governing 3.1.2.12 wetland boundaries. Mr. Pannone seconded the motion and the Board voted 3-0-0 in favor.

Adjournment

Mr. Pannone moved to adjourn at 8:00 PM. Mr. Maidman seconded the motion. The Board voted 3-0-0 to adjourn.
